Yoshi was founded in 2019 by Alessio Bianchi, grandson of Italian tailor Giulio Cerisano (Sartoria Cerisano 1930-1980). Alessio practiced law for 15 years and is passionate about style, fashion, and vintage objects. He is the editor of the men's fashion Instagram magazine "Thesnapstyle" (formerly TheSartorial.it). Today, he personally oversees the creative side, material research, and production of Yoshi products. He has entrusted his personal training to coach Roberto Re and his digital training to Marco Montemagno.

Yoshi products can be found in dedicated Coin corners, at select stores in Rome, Milan, and Saint Tropez, and have been purchased and worn by Jovanotti, John Wrazej, creative director of Ralph Lauren America, and Alexander Kraft, Sotheby's International Monaco ; stylist and fashion editor Viviana Volpicella ; and chefs and TV hosts Bruno Barbieri and Alessandro Borghese. Yoshi products are worn by Radio DeeJay DJs including Linus, Nicola Savino, Rudy Zerbi, and Andrea Marchesi.

In December 2023, a decade-long passion for vintage watches led to the creation of UNDERLINE watches, the result of handcrafted craftsmanship and the culmination of all the iconic features of 1970s watches. From September 2024, UNDERLINE watches will be available online and exclusively at the ALEXANDER KRAFT MONTECARLO flagship store in the Principality of Monaco.

Alessio Bianchi has published the books: "HIPPIE a photobiograpy of Alessandro Squarzi" - The Vintage Book "a brief history of vintage style" - Pitti People 96, Pitti People 97 and HIPPIE2 Alessandro Squarzi. Since 2022 he has collaborated with the fashion magazine The Playes Magazine.
